New York World's Fair 1939 - Final Project

For my final project, I chose to focus on the architecture of the New York World's fair. The souvenirs I chose to make were tickets, inspired from vintage postcards, using a vintage color palette. Each ticket is different from the next, as far as the layout goes. I tried to change the text, border, and orientation of each ticket to see which one would work best. I had trouble finding the right text to put on the tickets, because I felt like it was too distracting from the overall composition. The four buildings on the tickets I did were, The New York City building, Corona Gate North, General Electric Building, and General Motors "Futurama." I wish I had spent less time on the actual structures, and focused more on the format and layout of the tickets, however I like how each of them are unique.
